We’d love to make your celebration extra special, so here are a few friendly reminders to help us serve you best:

• To ensure we have enough time to prepare your cake or cupcakes, we recommend placing your order at least one week before your event.

• For custom cakes and cupcakes, a 50% non-refundable down payment is required to confirm your order.

• Kindly note that cancellations are not accepted within 2 days of the scheduled pick-up.

• Orders without a down payment cannot be processed and will be automatically canceled if payment is not received at least 3 days before pick-up.

• Full payment must be settled at least one day before, or on the scheduled pick‑up date, for us to release your order.

• Changes to details (such as cake size, flavor, design, or pick-up date and time) may be made up to 3 days before pick-up. Requests to move the pick-up date and time earlier may incur a ₱100 adjustment fee, if applicable.
